There are all kinds of fresh fruits, such as persimmons, which contain more zinc. Generally speaking, leafy vegetables and fruits contain little zinc, and the zinc content per gram is generally below 2 micrograms. Animal foods are reliable sources of zinc, such as pigs, cattle and mutton, which contain 20 ~ 60 micrograms of zinc per gram. Beans and wheat contain zinc 15 ~ 50 micrograms per gram.
