1. Refractory soil, water, salt and chopped wheat straw shall be prepared with mud for lining.

2. Pour the refractory soil into the water, add the salt, and stir evenly slowly until the consistency of the slurry is moderate and it can be smeared on the liner smoothly. If the lining is damaged, a proper amount of fine wheat straw can be added to increase the viscosity and firmness of the slurry.

3. Smear the prepared slurry on the furnace lining and gently compact it with your fingers to ensure that the slurry and the furnace lining are closely attached.

4. When the mud is dry, trim it and scrape off the excess mud.

5. Reinforcement In order to make the furnace lining more firm, a layer of charge can be applied after the mud is dried. The daubing method is the same as mud, and it is not applied until it is dry.

6. After the lining is repaired and reinforced, a trial burning can be carried out to observe whether the lining is in good condition. If there is a problem, it can be repaired in time.
