Ingredients: half a catty of peanuts, a bag of salt, 5 tablespoons of sugar and 4 tablespoons of starch.
Step 1: Wash peanuts with clear water to control moisture. First, pour half a bag of salt into the iron pot, pour peanuts on the salt, and then pour half a bag of salt to cover peanuts.
Step 2: Turn on a small fire and start heating. Stir a few times from time to time to make it evenly heated. It takes about 6- 10 minutes. When you hear a few peanuts pop, you can take them out and save the salt for next time.
Step 3: Take another pot, add 5 spoonfuls of water, add 5 spoonfuls of sugar, and cremate it on low heat.
Step 4: Pour the salted peanuts into the pot and stir fry constantly.
Step 5: Stir fry until the water is completely dry and the sugar is wrapped on the peanuts. Add 4 tablespoons of corn starch and continue to stir-fry until the peanuts are full of starch and the skin is firm. This "salt baked" ground peanut is ready.
