Steps of stewed meat with potatoes and beans
1. Remove the head, tail and tendons from lentils, break them into small pieces and wash them for later use;
2. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into hob blocks, soak them in clear water for 20 minutes, separate out some starch, and take them out for later use.
3. Cut the onion into sections for later use
4. Wash the pork belly and cut it into 2 cm square pieces.
5. Put oil in the pot, stir-fry until the meat becomes discolored, then add soy sauce to continue frying, fully drain the water in the meat, and separate the lard from the fat;
6. The color is red and bright. When lard is almost precipitated, add lentils and stir-fry until it changes color, then add potatoes and stir-fry a few times;
7. Add scallion and pepper aniseed, stir well, and then add the prepared boiled water without adding materials.
8. Cover the pot and boil until the water boils again.
9. Add salt and chicken essence before cooking to collect soup.
