Complaining about the system password. If you need to change your user name, mobile phone number or email address, please change it in the personal center after the password is reset.

1. Click "This System Login" at the top right of the volunteer homepage. When the window appears, click "Forgot Password/Appeal".

2. Fill in the "ID number", enter the prompt verification code and click "Next".

3. Click "Submit Complaint Information for Retrieval".

4. Fill in the information and upload it.

5. The operation was successful.
