How to make risotto in Star Chef

Ingredients: white rice, beef, onions, potatoes, tomatoes

Accessories: McDonald's cheese sauce, McDonald's ketchup, black pepper, chicken essence, onion, ginger and garlic

1. Heat the beef and remove the foam. Add ginger and green onions and simmer for more than 40 minutes.

2. Cut the materials well, be careful not to chop them too finely! You can add carrots, celery and other raw materials according to your preference.

3. Add butter, melt it, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant, then add onion and sauté over low heat.

4. Add tomatoes, potatoes, McDonald's ketchup, cheese sauce, stir-fry until the tomatoes produce juice, add uncooked rice (it is best to soak the uncooked rice in hot water for more than an hour), and stir-fry until the juice is reduced.

5. Add about 200ML of stock and stir-fry until the juice is reduced.

6. Repeat the previous step, about three times, until the rice is six mature.

Transfer to the rice cooker and add stock to cover the ingredients by 0.5cm (if you use a non-stick pan, you can simmer the rice directly in the pot over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes)
