In the past, small tofu was made from bean paste bought from the market. This time, because of "COVID-19" pneumonia, the market was closed, and there was no place to buy bean paste, so I made bean paste at home with a broken wall machine.
Exercise:
1. Soak soybeans for one night, put them in a wall-breaking machine, add appropriate amount of water, and beat them into bean paste.
Using the "wall breaking" function of the wall breaker, this function may take more than 40 seconds. I forgot the details.
When it comes out, it's just a little particle, which is just right for making small tofu.
The picture below shows the bean paste made by the broken wall machine.
2. Wipe the radish clean, put it in boiling water, blanch it for about 2 minutes, take it out, cool it in cold water, then dry it and cut it short.
The picture shows shredded radish.
3. Pour the bean paste into the pot. If it is too thick, add a proper amount of water and stir while cooking.
Stirring is to prevent the pot from burning.
To prevent overflow, if it is about to overflow, turn down the fire.
Cook the beans until they are cooked. The mark of judgment is no longer foaming.
4. Put shredded radish into the pot, add some salt and stir well.
Cook until the food is rotten.
How do you know the food is rotten? Have a taste.
Turn off the fire and simmer for 5 minutes.
See figure 1 for the finished product.
