Recipe practice:
1 .2 kg of chicken. Wash the chicken, add cooking wine, salt, black pepper and soy sauce, then gently massage with your hands and leave it for at least half an hour.
2. When curing chicken, cut carrots and potatoes into large pieces for later use.
3. Soak the rice cake and potato flour in cold water until they are soft.
4. Put half a onion, ginger and garlic in the pot, add water to boil, and blanch the chicken for later use. Filter out the impurities in the chicken soup for later use.
5. Put chicken, potatoes, carrots and green peppers into the pot. I like to make it in casserole or pressure cooker.
6. Add soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and salt, add chicken soup and bring to a boil.
7. After the water is boiled, add chopped dried peppers and onions and turn to medium heat. After all the ingredients are cooked, add the remaining green onions, rice cake strips and potato powder and continue to simmer on low heat.
8. After the potato flour and rice cake strips are cooked, take them out and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
