Exercise 1:
1 .. Peel potatoes, cut into triangles, fry for 1-2 minutes (until golden brown), and blot with oil-absorbing paper for later use. -
2.- Peel the chicken leg and cut it into large pieces (2-3 cm wide). Marinate with salt, pepper, corn starch and a teaspoon of oil 15 minutes. Then put it in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
3.- Stir-fry onions in a little oil for about 30 seconds, then add chicken pieces and stir-fry. Add 125ml water and a little sugar, and heat for five minutes. Then add potatoes, mix well and cook for five minutes. Dish
4.- Stir-fry curry powder with low heat, add cream mushroom soup and mix well. Add cocoa milk and cooked milk in turn and stir well. Add potatoes and chicken pieces to taste. Put these in the baking tray and put some butter on it.
5.- 180 degree baking 15 minutes, until the surface is golden yellow.
6. Put the olive oil into the pot and fry the shrimp and scallops until they are 80% cooked.
7. Stir-fry minced garlic in a pot, add tomato pieces and add a little salt and pepper to taste;
8. Pour in white wine and cook for 2-3 minutes;
9. Take out the cooked spaghetti and put it in the tomato pot. Add spinach and seafood, stir-fry until fragrant.
10. Sprinkle cheese powder before eating.
