This is a simple, quick and easy-to-cook dish. Stir-fry peas with onion and garlic, add fresh mint leaves and blend in fresh vegetables. You can eat it hot or cool.
material
2 teaspoons of olive oil, 350g of sweet pea horn, 3 shallots, garlic 1 petal, salt 1/8 teaspoons, pepper 1/8 teaspoons, fresh mint leaves 1 spoon.
working methods
1. Pick both ends of sweet beans and chop onions, garlic and fresh mint leaves.
2. Take a large iron pot or frying pan and set it on medium heat.
3. Preheat the oil, add sweet peas, onions and garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry for 4 minutes.
4. Then turn off the fire and stir-fry the mint leaves.
