Practice of eel shrimp porridge:
1, the eel is boned and sliced, and the shrimp does not need to be shelled or decapitated. Just pick out the shrimp line with scissors;
2, rice pot, small fire porridge;
3. After about half an hour, add a few spoonfuls of chicken soup and put salt according to personal preference;
4. Put the sea shrimp into the porridge and stew for 5 minutes on low heat;

Fried eel with shrimp:
1, materials: shrimp 400g, Monopterus albus 500g, onion, ginger, red pepper, raw flour, salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine and sesame oil;
2. Wash the fresh shrimp. Marinate with corn starch and salt for a while;
3. Wash the mucus on the eel carefully. ;
4. Boning and slicing the eel;
5. Heat the wok and drain the oil. First add the shrimps, pour the eel slices, fry for one minute, and drain the oil.
6. Leave a little oil in the pot, saute shallots, ginger slices and red peppers, add sugar, soy sauce and cooking wine to boil, add shrimps and eels, stir well, thicken with raw flour and water, pour sesame oil and take out of the pot.
