Composition:
2 drumsticks (750g)
Lentinus edodes150g
Glutinous rice 150g
1 fresh lotus leaf
3/2 teaspoon salt
Sugar 1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons of cooking wine
Jiahao Chicken Juice 1 teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
MSG 1/4 teaspoons
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
Shrimp oil 1 tablespoon
3 slices of ginger
Recipe practice:
1. Wash the chicken legs and control the moisture.
2. Put the drumsticks on the chopping board and remove the leg bones with a knife.
