1.2 cup fragrant rice (can be adjusted according to the number of people), washed.
2. 1 glass of water
3. 1 large can of coconut milk (available in supermarket)
4. 200-250g seedless durian pulp.
5. 1/2 teaspoons of salt
6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7.2/3 cups of sugar
Exercise:
Cook 2 cups of fragrant rice with a rice cooker, and add 1 water and vanilla extract;
The cooked rice is divided into two halves, and the half is put into a big bowl;
Heat coconut milk with medium fire, boil, add sugar, salt and durian pulp, and stir the ingredients;
