Exercise:
1. Wash the fish after slaughter. Kill the fish when you buy it, and wash it when you come back. Remove the black film from the fish belly, or it will smell fishy. Cut a few knives on each side of the fish and add a little salt. It tastes good when steamed.
2, onion ginger cut into silk on the fish, you can also put some in the fish's stomach or under the fish.
3. Take another small bowl, pour some cooking wine and oyster sauce, add a little salt, sugar and pepper, mix well and pour into the plate.
4. Steam the fish in a steamer 12 minutes. Cooking books always say that steamed fish should wait until the water boils. Personally, I think the difference is not big, it's too much trouble. Just steam it directly. Remember not to steam too hard. Usually, a fish weighing about two pounds takes 1 1 or 12 minutes to cook. If the fish is too big, it can be steamed in two pieces. After steaming, pour some steamed fish soy sauce on the fish, which will taste better.
