How to make a very simple and delicious big bone soup
After buying pig bones, fly water, boil bleeding water and rinse it clean.
Put the cleaned pork bones, water, onion, ginger and star anise into a pressure cooker, and turn off the fire for about 40-50 minutes after the fire is aerated.
Bone-pressing soup Take out onion, ginger and star anise and pour them out. If you cook soup directly, you can change the wok to heat and season (or you can directly heat and season with a pressure cooker). If it is cooked, let it cool, package it and freeze it.
Make soup directly: change the wok to continue heating, add salt, pepper, a little soy sauce (don't like the color, don't add it), a little chicken essence, coriander and chives to taste. Turn off the fire and add a few drops of sesame oil
