Exercise 1
1. Slaughter catfish, wash and cut into sections, marinate with a little salt for 5 minutes, and dice green pepper;

Ingredients: catfish (1 piece, 450g), onion (1 piece), red pepper (3 pieces), ginger (3 pieces), onion (2 pieces), garlic (3 pieces) and clear soup (1 cup).
Seasoning: oil (4 tbsp), bean paste (1 tbsp), light soy sauce (1 tbsp), sugar (1/2 tbsp), chicken powder (1/3 tbsp), Chili oil (3 tbsp), balsamic vinegar (3 tbsp).
Cooking method
1. Wash catfish and cut off dorsal fin; Slice ginger, pat garlic flat to remove clothes, remove pedicels of red pepper, and cut into rings.
2. Wash the green onions, pat them flat with the back of a knife and cut them into sections; Cut the onion into sections, and cut the onion into chopped green onion.
