Steamed tofu with bacon

Main ingredients:

Lao Shi Xiang Lao Jia tofu 350g/ box

Accessories:

Bacon 80g, sausage 70g, edamame 20g.

Seasoning: soy sauce 4g, chicken juice 4g, water 180g, sugar 3g, chicken essence 3g, oil consumption 5g,

Salt 1 g, chopped green onion

Steps:

1. Cut the old tofu into pieces with a length of 5cm, a width of 3cm and a back of 05cm, and fry them in a pan until they are golden on both sides;

2. Slice the bacon and sausage for later use;

3. The taste of fresh soy sauce, delicious chicken juice, water, sugar, chicken essence, oil consumption, salt, and a bite of sauce for use. Drain the tofu into a bowl, pour the juice, and spread the bacon, sausage and edamame evenly on the tofu;

4. Steam in a steamer for 20 minutes and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tip: This dish is steamed and smells like bacon. Steam for a long time, and use old tofu.
