Ingredients: tenderloin, carrot and fungus.
Accessories: garlic, lettuce, green pepper, celery, shallots, soy sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, sugar and starch cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. Pork tenderloin is shredded along the grain. Add starch and cooking oil, marinate in water for 10 minute, add a little oil, and add blending oil, which will make the meat more tender.
2. After the fungus is soaked, cut it into shredded carrots and shredded lettuce.
3. Cut garlic into small pieces, shred green peppers, dice celery stalks and dice onions.
Put a little oil in the pot when it is cooked. Pour in the marinated shredded pork and stir fry for one minute. Out of the pan, stir-fry the shredded pork until it is slightly white. Bring the pot and put it in the bowl. Add all the seasonings to a bowl of ingredients.
6. Wash the pot and add a little oil. When it is cooked, add all the ingredients and stir fry.
7. Add bean paste and continue to fry.
8. Add shredded pork and stir fry for one minute.
9. Add all the side dishes and stir fry for one minute.
10. Pour in the prepared seasoning juice to collect the juice, and sprinkle the onion and chopped green onion in the pot.
Cooking skills:
1. Stir-fry shredded pork until it changes color, so you don't want the meat to be overcooked.
2. Shredded lettuce is easy to cook, so put it back to keep the crisp taste. Stir well in the pan.
