But for others, the advice here is not to force or disturb. Kindly, others can read the Bible in cooperation with themselves without disturbing them. Don't impose your will on others. Everyone's attitude is different, not who is right or wrong. If we force others to accept our wishes, it may make people feel bored, resulting in evil thoughts of learning Buddhism, which is even more unfavorable and our own fault. If you can hear it, there is a reason, and you don't have to worry about the rest. When your career is mature, you will naturally feel it. Therefore, when you recite the scriptures, you only need altruism, compassion, and benefit all sentient beings who have a destiny with you. This is an infinite merit, and the more you benefit. The advantage is altruism. Rather than their own intentional pursuit, otherwise the catch-up is limited, so learning Buddhism strongly advocates returning to nature.
2, the storage of classics should be respectful, not on the bed, not piled up by other books (except the classics). As for your living environment, you can put it in a clean place according to your own feelings, and it doesn't hurt to put it with the Buddha statue. If you are still worried, you can wrap it in a clean package and store it. As for the storage of personal physiological products you mentioned. If there is really no other place to put it, it is merit to be respectful as much as possible. You can choose a clean box to store the scriptures, or you can put the physiological supplies elsewhere. This is to reassure you. If you feel uneasy, the effect of Buddhist services will be discounted.
3, it is hard for us ordinary mortals to say that a distracting thought is not born, otherwise we are superior. Especially for beginners of Buddhism and chanting for the first time, it is not easy to recite fluently, let alone have no distractions. There is no need to worry about this. Just find out your distractions and pull your heart back. Worrying about distraction is a great distraction in itself, and it will have an effect on image chanting. Therefore, a good state is to relax chanting without being disturbed, all mobile phones and telephones should be turned off, any interruption should be avoided, people around you should negotiate well, don't be disturbed during chanting, recite the scriptures with peace of mind, and then return to it successfully, so that it will be complete. Read Buddha with your heart, read Buddha seriously, and return to merit naturally. Don't worry, as mentioned above, merit lies in caring for all beings, and then trying to cultivate good results before returning to all beings. If you have compassion, as if you are saving the people you love the most, then all the beings who are rewarded will naturally benefit. For yourself, good causes are planted. If you don't seek good results, there will be good results.
For nutrition, I will still ask professional questions. I have no relevant knowledge. Being a vegetarian is certainly a very happy behavior for you to learn Buddhism and practice dharma. But I suggest you don't have too many conflicts with your family. Your family let you eat meat because they care about you. You should accept this heart. It's just that my family hasn't reached the level of caring for any sentient beings, but I just don't realize it. So don't conflict, don't let others think that Buddhists are "different", otherwise it will be selfish and prevent more people from approaching Buddhism correctly. This will make it easier for you to do things. If you can't refuse in front of your family, then accept it. But in your heart, you should treat all the meat you eat as attached to yourself, so that you can learn Buddhism from yourself and benefit them well in the future. If meat is greedy by unreasonable people, we will regret both the people who ate it and the people who ate it. Since we are obsessed with ourselves, we are destined to benefit them well.
But of course, you are happy when you have the conditions not to eat meat. I also believe that modern people really say that lack of nutrition should be rare. At least there will be no crisis. You can choose according to your own personal experience.
5, this is learning Buddha. Actually, the so-called bad situation is actually our concept. The so-called "bad things" are often not pure "bad things", and there must be a reason. I may not even remember this reason, but there must be a reason. For example, when I go out, I get caught in a traffic jam and get upset. As a result, I arrived at my destination much later than expected. However, arriving at the destination at this time does not mean that everything will go bad in the future. Maybe this is when I left on the road, and I embarked on a road close to happiness. The real "fruit" is often not found, that is, not as expected. You know, no one will take the initiative to pray for trouble, but trouble will still come, uninvited. This shows that this kind of experience is something you must bear, and it lies in the maturity of your previous "career". "Accident" is just an accident, but it is actually doomed. So is the "blessing fruit". Real happiness often comes from accidents. Eliminating evil causes and planting good causes is the only way to stimulate good results. For the evil feelings suffered, it also means the maturity and end of an insoluble evil cause in the past. This is not a state of self-deception, it is the result of meditation, not just praying for retribution. People who study Buddhism may not have a certain realm, which is unrealistic. To learn Buddhism, we should start from our present state, admit ourselves now, and learn Buddhism in real life, so as to get real changes. Be divorced from reality and become an abstract concept.
I like your respect very much, but you should know that you worship the Buddha statue, not the Buddha. The image is like a photo of our loved ones. I think of my relatives. Look at his photos and think of their voices and smiles through them. But it doesn't mean that the photo is my family. Therefore, Buddhism is not idolatry, which is also misunderstood by many people and believers of other religions. Our worship of Buddha and Bodhisattva sages is actually our respect for Buddha and Bodhisattva sages, not the material that constitutes the statue. For Buddha statues, be careful. Don't let brainless people attack Jaken. But generally, people who have no extremely serious evil thoughts will not offend. Everyone still has awe. You can settle down with a clean heart and don't affect others in your usual worship. Your behavior is an inspiration to others.
It is not an exaggeration to have a mentality of pursuing happiness. We are mortal, after all, we are persistent in many fruits. Although this is not the ultimate proposition of Buddhism, it is not exclusive, that is to say, many secular desires, as long as they are good thoughts, Buddhism can also teach us how to realize them. Selfishness means admitting that you are selfish. It is impossible to say no, which needs to be realized in practice, and many mortals have also strengthened their confidence in the sense of the world, so as to constantly experience it and then really relax their hearts. Therefore, it is not an exaggeration to pray for blessings and wishes, but it should be rational and correct. Many of our habits are gradually perceived and then dissolved, which does not mean that I became a saint after studying Buddhism.
7. This is a fable, but it is also normal. Beginners of Buddhism, especially those who start to learn Buddhism after making serious mistakes, are just like people who are addicted to cigarettes. It is often the most difficult when they start to give up drugs and smoking. Even want to die. But as long as you persist in these periods, you will tend to be more and more cheerful. If you don't give up drugs, it means that the future journey will become darker and darker. You don't have to worry. You are persevering, caring and doing good in your practice. Just go back to this process. You have the heart to take care of all beings, do your own practice and return to merit. Including chanting Buddha, holding spells and doing good deeds, you can immediately return to all beings. Your heart sincerely hopes that all sentient beings or those who have a destiny with you will increase their wealth and happiness and get happiness from suffering. Then it must work. Your worry can only be reflected in the image effect.
Good luck. ...
