Han was born in a culinary family, and his father Han is one of the four famous chefs in Northeast China. He has been proficient in the cooking of Beijing cuisine and Shandong cuisine for 60 years, and enjoys the reputation of "master of vegetarian dishes". He also has deep attainments in Tang Huai cuisine, Sichuan cuisine and Cantonese cuisine.
1984 won the first place in Shenyang Youth Cooking Competition, and 1992 won the third place in Liaoning Cooking Competition. In the 2002 CCTV "Man-Han Banquet" cooking grand prix, she won the coveted 19 champion with her profound foundation and exquisite skills, and was crowned as the champion as she wished.
