How to buckle meat with longan
Step 1
Soak lotus seeds and glutinous rice for more than four hours.
Second step
Steam the soaked glutinous rice and add brown sugar for later use.
Third step
Wash the pork belly, blanch it in cold water, drain the water, heat it in an oil pan, add rock sugar, fry the skin of the three layers of meat a little, and cut it into thin slices about eight centimeters.
Fourth step
Wrap the lotus seeds tightly with sliced meat, and put the wrapped meat rolls down into the buckle bowl in turn.
