Three. Responsibilities and powers of both parties
1. During the cooperation between the two parties, Party B shall provide all kinds of materials required by Party A in time and be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the above materials. In case of any dispute caused by the information provided by Party B, Party B shall bear all relevant responsibilities.

Three. Payment terms:

Five, printing quality standards
1. 2. Party A has the right to ask Party B to provide no more than four samples for the manuscript designed and produced by Party A. ..

5. If Party A has any objection to the printing quality, it must raise it within three working days after delivery. Under any circumstances, Party B shall not be jointly and severally liable for publishing and advertising other than printing.

Eight, other terms of the contract
The delivery quantity is allowed to be short shipment plus or minus 5%.
In case of overload, Party A has the right to choose whether to receive the overloaded goods at the contract unit price.
If Party A does not accept it, Party B shall not give it to others or sell it at any price without authorization, except as a reference sample for other customers' printing business.
If the insufficient part is less than 5%, Party B shall deduct the corresponding amount from the total contract price according to the contract unit price, but shall not make up the amount separately.
If the difference exceeds 5%, Party A has the right to ask Party B to make up the difference.
