Ingredients for fried noodles: fine noodles, shredded pork, beans, onions, garlic, soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate and vegetable oil.
Production process:
1. Heat about 500ml vegetable oil in the pot, fry the fine noodles in the pot until golden brown with a colander, and drain the oil out of the pot for later use;
