1. Crush 4 salted egg yolks with a spoon and set aside.
Note: If salt mayonnaise is used, this step can be omitted. If you buy bagged salted egg yolk, you can bake it in the oven for 5 minutes in advance to bake out the oil of the egg yolk.
2. Cut the crab stick into small pieces for later use.
Note: If you happen to have crabs at home, you can use crab meat directly. If you don't have it on hand, you can only go to the supermarket to buy crab sticks instead. There is no mandatory requirement for this, as long as it can make the taste of crabs.
3. After the pot is hot, add a proper amount of cooking oil, then pour in the crushed salted egg yolk, stir-fry until it bubbles, and then put the crab sticks into it.
Note: be sure to fry the salted egg yolk until it bubbles, so that the salted egg yolk and cooking oil can be fully integrated. After adding crab sticks, the whole body will turn golden yellow.

5. When the tofu is cooked, prepare a bowl of water starch, pour the prepared water starch into the tofu, thicken it, and turn off the heat after the soup becomes thick.
