Ingredients: 1 potato, half a green pepper
Accessories: 15-20 ml of corn oil, 2 slices of ginger, 1 and a half spoons of salt
1 .Wash the potatoes, scrape off the skin, slice them first, and then cut them into thin strips. Soak in water to prevent blackening.
2. Wash the green peppers and cut into shreds. Slice ginger. Rinse the soaked potato shreds, drain and set aside.
3. Heat a clean pot over medium-high heat, pour in corn oil, add ginger slices, and fry briefly for a few seconds.
4. Pour in the green pepper first and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
5. Pour in shredded potatoes and stir-fry quickly. If you are strong enough, you can stir-fry while tossing the pot.
6. Turn to medium heat and stir-fry evenly for half a minute to one minute until the potato shreds slowly soften.
7. Add salt to taste, continue to stir-fry, stir-fry evenly, no need to add additional water, the potato shreds are fried. Continue to stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
8. The fried potato shreds can be easily cut with a spatula, stir-fry until cooked, and then serve.
