Exercise:
1 ribs: add cooking wine and ginger slices, blanch, skim off the floating foam, take out, wash and drain;
Potatoes: cutting hob;
Tomato: diced;
Seasoning juice: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, and appropriate amount of salt.
2 Heat oil, add tomato juice, pour ribs and stir fry, then turn into a soup pot/casserole and boil.
3. Pour in the juice, star anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves and stew for 40-50 minutes, then pour in potatoes and continue stewing for about 20-30 minutes.
