1. If the goods or services provided by the operators are fraudulent, the amount that consumers can ask the merchants is three times the price of the goods or the cost of receiving the services;
2. The administrative department for industry and commerce shall order it to make corrections, and may, according to the circumstances, give a warning, confiscate the illegal income and impose a fine of 1 times but not more than 5 times the illegal income; if there is no illegal income, impose a fine of 1 10,000 yuan, order it to suspend business for rectification and revoke its business license;
Consumer rights protection:
An operator who provides goods or services under any of the following circumstances shall bear civil liability in accordance with the provisions of other relevant laws and regulations:
1, the goods or services are defective;
2, do not have the proper performance of the goods and sell them without authorization;
3, does not meet the commodity standards indicated on the commodity or its packaging;
4. It does not meet the quality conditions indicated in the commodity description and physical samples. ;
5, the production of goods explicitly eliminated by the state or the sale of invalid or deteriorated goods;
6. The quantity of goods sold is insufficient;
7. The content and cost of the service violate the agreement;
8. Deliberately delaying or unreasonably refusing consumers' requests for repair, rework, replacement, return, replenishment of the quantity of goods, refund of payment for goods and services or compensation for losses;
9. Other circumstances that harm consumers' rights and interests as stipulated by laws and regulations.
To sum up, if the circumstances are serious, the producer or operator may be required to pay ten times the price or three times the loss, which infringes on the personal dignity of the consumer, infringes on his personal freedom or infringes on his right to protect personal information according to law. Other acts that harm consumers' rights and interests should be punished according to laws and regulations, and the punishment organ shall record them in the credit file and announce them to the public. Consumers can get compensation after complaining to the administrative department, or they can negotiate with the merchants to solve the compensation amount.

If an operator commits fraud in providing goods or services, it shall increase the compensation for the losses suffered by consumers as required, and the compensation amount shall be three times the price of the goods purchased by consumers or the cost of receiving services; If the amount of additional compensation is less than that of 500 yuan, it shall be 500 yuan. Where there are other provisions in the law, those provisions shall prevail.
Where a business operator knowingly provides goods or services to consumers, causing death or serious damage to the health of consumers or other victims, the victims have the right to demand compensation from the business operator in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as Articles 49 and 51 of this Law, and have the right to demand punitive damages less than twice.
