perilla omelet
Ingredients: about 8 perilla leaves, 4 eggs, and appropriate amount of salt
Practice:
1. Wash and chop the perilla leaves.
2. Add proper amount of edible salt to the eggs and mix well with perilla.
3. Heat the oil in the pan, pour the perilla egg liquid, fry it until it is half cooked, turn it over, cut small pieces with a spatula and stir fry until the eggs are cooked.
