India is indeed a capitalist country. Why can't capitalist countries be poor? Actually India is poor because it is a capitalist country. As for Europe, America, Canada and other countries, it is because they developed early and became rich, not because of capitalist countries. Now most of Africa, Latin America and Asia are capitalist countries, aren't they still as poor as hell? In a word, a capitalist country is not necessarily rich, but depends on its development time and government policies.
