Dai Garden attracts Chinese and foreign tourists with its charming subtropical courtyard scenery, rich Dai folk customs, typical Dai bamboo building modeling, traditional handicraft production and magical Buddhist culture. It is one of the top tourism projects in Yunnan Province and is called Peacock Feather.
The park integrates natural landscape and human landscape, develops diversified Dai folk tourism based on colorful Dai culture, and displays the original ecological folk customs. It was rated as a national AAAA-level tourist attraction and a well-known tourist brand in China.
The five best-preserved Dai villages in the park consist of Manjiang (Tao Tao Village), Man Chun Man (garden village), Manzha (Chef Village), Manga (Jiji Village) and Man Ting (Palace garden village). Around the village, there is an ancient ironwood woodland, and Dai bamboo buildings are scattered and set off among coconut trees, betel nuts and bamboos.
Main attraction
1, Man Chun Mangu Buddhist Temple: With a history of 1400 years, it is one of the oldest Buddhist temples in Xishuangbanna, and mainly displays Buddhist cultural activities to tourists, such as chanting scriptures and worshipping Buddha.
2. Visit the Dai village: mainly show tourists the scenery of the Dai folk houses and courtyards, experience the life customs of the Dai family and feel the fun of being a family in A Dai.
3. Shopping area: selling Dai barbecue, cotton weaving, folk handicrafts, Dai bags, wood carvings, etc. Enjoy the famous tea ceremony and taste the restaurant with Dai characteristics.
