Recipe practice:
1. Boil a proper amount of boiling water in the pot, add cooking wine, and add sea cucumber to the water.
2. Add oil to the pot. When it's 70% hot, add onion and ginger slices and fry over medium heat until golden and fragrant. Remove the onion and set aside, but don't use ginger slices.
