500g shrimp/50g vermicelli/chopped pepper

working methods
1. Cut off the shrimp whiskers, cut off the shrimp back, pick out the sand line and clean it.
2. Add a little salt and a little white wine and marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Boil the vermicelli in hot water for 10 minute, then take it out and spread it on the bottom of a clean plate.
4. Put the marinated shrimp evenly on the vermicelli.
