Seasoning: 3 teaspoons of turmeric powder (15g), 5 teaspoons of curry powder (25g), 2 teaspoons of salt 1 (3g), sugar1teaspoon (5g), coconut milk 150ml, and red pepper oil/kloc-0.
Exercise:
1) celery is cut into 3cm long segments, pepper is also cut into 3cm long segments, garlic is cut into minced garlic, dried onion is peeled and sliced, carrots, potatoes and onions are all cut into hob blocks, and broccoli is broken into small flowers for later use.
2) Boil a pot of water. When the water boils, add carrots, potatoes and broccoli for 5 minutes, then add broccoli for half a minute, then take it out and drain it together.
3) Pour oil into the pan (the amount of oil is larger than the usual amount of cooking), add minced garlic and dried onion slices, stir-fry until fragrant, turn to low heat, add turmeric powder and curry powder respectively, then add water, stir coconut milk, add onion, carrot, potato, broccoli, shredded pepper and celery, stir well, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until the soup becomes sticky.
4) Finally, drizzle with Chili oil.
