Meatballs: (stewed lion's head)

Two pounds. Beef paste

1 c cornflake crumbs

1/3 c parsley slices

Two eggs

2 tablespoons. soy

1/4 teaspoon. pepper

1/2 teaspoons. garlic powder

1/3 c ketchup

2 tablespoons. Chopped onion

Sauce:

1 canned jelly cranberry sauce

1 (12 oz. ) Bottled Chili sauce

2 tablespoons. Deep brown sugar

1 spoon. lemon juice

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the meatball ingredients together. Make small balls and fry them. Mix the sauce in a saucepan. Heat and let stand until it melts. Put the meatballs in the baking tray. Pour the sauce on the meatballs and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
