Pure milk 420ml, corn starch 50g, sugar, eggs, bread crumbs and oil.
Exercise:
1. Stir 50g of starch, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 420ml of milk evenly. Pour the milk into a non-stick pan, stir the milk until it becomes thick, and turn off the heat. Brush a layer of oil in the bowl, pour it into the milk paste refrigerator for two hours, take it out and cut into pieces.
2. Dip a layer of egg yolk liquid first. Roll another layer of bread crumbs. Put it in an air fryer and spray some oil on the surface. 180 degrees for 8 minutes, turn over and bake for 5 minutes.
