Glutinous rice balls (Pearl Ball)
Ingredients: pork, glutinous rice (soaked for two hours in advance), eggs, corn, edamame, mushrooms (soaked in dried mushrooms), chives, cooking oil, salt, raw flour, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Practice: 1. Chop pork into minced meat, add proper amount of salt, cornmeal, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking oil, and beat an egg.
