Materials:
Pork belly with skin 15g oil, 5g salt, 10g soy sauce, 10g soy sauce, 20g white sugar, 3 shallots, 4 ginger, 1 aniseed, 2 fragrant leaves, 2 cinnamon, 5g vinegar and 20g cooking wine.
Exercise:
1. Wash pork belly and cut into pieces.

4. Put oil in the pot and add 15g sugar.
5. Stir-fry the sugar to red.

8, add sugar, salt, soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, stir fry for a while.
9. Add onion and ginger.
