The method of frying lotus root with yam is as follows:
Main ingredients:
30 grams of yam and 400 grams of lotus root.
Seasoning:
Soy sauce10ml, salt and ginger 5g each, monosodium glutamate 3g, onion10g, and vegetable oil 50ml.
Exercise:
1. Cut yam into filaments, peel lotus root, wash and cut into filaments, shred ginger and cut onion into sections for later use.
2. Heat the wok on the fire, add vegetable oil, and when it is 60% hot, add onion and ginger until fragrant, then add shredded yam and lotus root and stir fry.
3. Add salt and soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
