Why are there no crocodiles in the sea?
There are crocodiles in the ocean, but they shouldn't dive so deep. Bay crocodile, or saltwater crocodile, is the largest crocodile known to exist, and it is also a crocodile that can inhabit the marine environment. However, most Gulf crocodiles swim in surface waters or freshwater lakes on coastal rocks, so there is no need to dive into such deep water. After all, their hunting and habitat are in surface waters. In addition, crocodiles and crocodiles in Cretaceous are also marine crocodiles, both of which are about 12 meters in length, but it is not known whether they can dive into such a deep sea.
