Kong, male, 53 years old, from Dezhou, Shandong Province, studied with his parents since childhood and often participated in various folk activities at home and abroad. 20 12 won the second prize of Dezhou Farmers Art Festival Competition. Being an artist for many years, I know the hardships of folk custom inheritance, and I am willing to dedicate my art to the next generation, so that our intangible culture can be carried forward.

Mr. Kong's sugar man works have typical China folk craft characteristics. Their works are lively, like folk, but not like craftsmen. They are full, profound, thoughtful and shaped. Outstanding technological characteristics, after years of study, gradually formed its own style, born out of the blue sky, detached and refined, beautiful, fragrant and novel, unique, caring for harmony, touching feelings, with profound traditional skills. It is one of the classic works of China folk intangible culture.
