300g sparerib, 3 cloves of garlic seeds, a handful of lobster sauce 1, red pepper 1, 300g of oil, string of coriander or shallot, proper amount of white wine, salt and light soy sauce.

1, chop the ribs into 3-4CM long sections, wash and drain for later use.
2. Rub garlic seeds into garlic.
