Materials:
Ingredients: 2 abalone, 3 bowls of plain rice, 200g of Chinese cabbage, 20g of mushrooms and 20g of dried shrimps.
Seasoning: sesame oil 1 teaspoon, half teaspoon of white pepper, half teaspoon of salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash shrimps and soak until soft. Wash mushrooms, soak them until they are soft, and then shred them. Shred cabbage for later use.
2. After washing abalone with salt water, put it in boiling water and soak it with slow fire for 20-30 seconds. After washing with clear water, peel off the shell and internal organs, and then obliquely cut into pieces for later use.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in the pan, add the dried shrimps and shredded mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Take a soup pot, add the cooked rice and water until the rice is submerged, then cook it with low fire until it is porridge-like, and then add shredded Chinese cabbage, shredded mushrooms and dried shrimps to cook together.
5. Then add abalone slices to continue cooking, and then add white pepper, salt and sesame oil to taste.
Chef reminds: when cleaning abalone, soak it in 1: 20 salt water for about 15 minutes, then take it out and rinse it with salt water slightly. Never rinse with clear water, so as not to affect the taste of meat.
