Main ingredients:
Steak (about 350g)
Accessories:
Shred 1 red pepper, half onion, 1 spoon garlic and 1 green pepper.
Marinade:
2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon spicy soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oil, a little pepper and a little chicken essence.
Seasoning/gravy:
Sugar 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, salt, gouache, tomato juice, chopped green onion, water and black pepper.
Exercise:
