2. Mix the cake flour and baking powder together and sift twice.

3. Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and beat until thick. Add the white sugar in 3 batches. Rotate the egg beater in the basin to ensure that it is evenly beaten on all sides.

4. Add sugar for the second time and beat until slightly smooth and almost wet.
