Pork belly? 300 grams
Old smoke? 3-4 tablespoons
Vinegar? Drink soup with a shallow spoon.
Rock sugar? 40-60 grams
Braised pork (no oil)?
Wash pork belly and cut into pieces.
Spread a layer of ginger on the bottom of the electric pressure cooker liner, spread pork belly on it, and sprinkle with rock sugar, soy sauce and vinegar.
Select the anhydrous baking function, and you're done. Just wait for it.
If you find too much soup, you need to pour it into another pot and collect the juice on the gas stove.
Tip: Sometimes I have a lot of soup, and sometimes it's just right. I don't know what the problem is. Fortunately, it is easy to collect juice, just put it on the gas stove and cook it until the soup thickens.
