What is the staple food of Laizhou people?
The staple food is steamed bread. You'd better eat something more nutritious in the morning, such as eggs, milk or soybean milk and cereal. For Chinese food, I prefer vegetarian dishes with dinner. Monday: Steamed sausage, leek, evening: Steamed fish, shredded lentils, Chinese cabbage, tomato and egg soup, Tuesday: Fried meat with green peppers, shredded hot and sour potatoes, evening: Steamed ribs with Laoganma, fried ham sausage with cucumber, lettuce leaves and shrimp and winter melon soup, Wednesday: Steamed eggs and chopped pepper buds, evening: Fried pork, spinach, fish head and bean curd soup with garlic and pepper in four seasons.
