2. Practice:
(1) Wash the fish, cut into large pieces and marinate with salt and cooking wine for more than ten minutes.
(2) Heat the oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic and saute.
(3) Add green pepper and millet pepper and stir-fry, then pour in red sour soup and stir-fry to give a fragrance.
(4) Add tomato pieces and stir fry.
(5) Add water, bone soup, white pepper, black pepper, salt and chicken essence according to taste, and then pour in litsea oil.
(6) After boiling, add the fish pieces and your favorite vegetarian dishes. Tofu and lettuce are in my house. Add onion segments when you cook quickly.
