Method of seaweed soup with beef and shrimp balls
Chop the beef into a paste. Shrimp is shelled (the shell can be left to make soup), and the shrimp meat is ground into paste. Cut ginger into powder (friends who don't like it can stay).
Add a proper amount of salt and pepper to beef sauce, shrimp sauce and ginger, drop sesame oil, beat egg white, add a little starch, stir well by hand and let stand for about 20 minutes.
Add three-fifths of water to the soup pot, add shrimp shells and simmer on low heat. After about 2 minutes, take out the shrimp shells and throw them away.
Rub the prepared meat sauce into balls by hand or spoon and throw them into a pot of boiling water one by one.
After all the meatballs are put down, add seaweed, salt and pepper. Turn off the fire in two minutes.
