Method for making mango cheese pudding
1. Put all the milk, fine sugar, cream cheese, mango (peeled and weighed), whipped cream and eggs into the mixing cup of the food processor, and beat them into thick liquid with the food processor.
2. Sieve the beaten pudding liquid for 2-3 times.
3. Let the screened pudding liquid stand for more than half an hour.
4. Pour the precipitated pudding liquid into the baking mold.
