Exercise:
1. First, steam Thai fragrant rice and long glutinous rice together, set them while they are hot, press them into squares to be cooled, and cut them into hob blocks for later use.
2. Cook the eggs in boiling water, then shell and slice them; Soak bean sprouts and snake beans in boiling water for use.
3. Cut the tofu into triangular pieces, put it in a hot oil pan and fry it over high fire. Drain the oil.
4. After all the sauces are mixed and boiled, turn to low heat and cook until the sauces are slightly thick. The rice cooked by method 1, all the materials cooked by method 2, and the fried tofu cooked by method 3 are served together, and finally the crispy shallots are sprinkled.
1 egg, 0.5 cabbage (green vegetables), 0.5 carrot, 100g lean beef, 200g rice, 50g peanuts and 50g shrimp skin.
Exercise:
1. Break the eggs and fry until cooked; Shred carrot and cabbage; Shred beef, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp starch and 1 tsp water, and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Stir-fry shredded beef with 1 tbsp oil in the pan, add garlic and dried shrimps, stir-fry shredded cabbage and carrot for a while, add rice and stir-fry until fragrant, add 1 tbsp winter sauce and 1 tbsp fish sauce, add monosodium glutamate and mix well, then add eggs, garlic, dried shrimps and beef.
3. Sprinkle fried peanuts on the plate.
